Exchange Policy and Procedures

We (Body by Dianne) reserve all rights to deny any business that is not conducive to our company.

We do not accept returns under any circumstances however certain items can be exchanged for size.

To ensure quality customer service please review the following as this is vital information concerning all cancellation and exchange terms and conditions. Be sure to READ everything.


Cancellations:

You have the right to cancel any order within 24 hours of of placing the order.

All cancellation request must be received via EMAIL ONLY tobodybydianne@gmail.com

When sending a cancellation request please include the following: name, order number and cancellation message

Any cancellation request sent beyond 24 hours will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee as once the order has been place, we remove the item from our stock. No exception or pardons allowed as we have the right to enforce this.

All funds for a cancellation will be returned in the same method that you purchased.


Exchanges: Please read in full!

We reserve the right to deny any exchange due to foul language, terms and conditions not adhered to and damages. Any request sent outside of business hours will be address when we resume business the NEXT business day.


ANY PACKAGE SENT WITHOUT APPROVAL WILL BE DENIED! 


All exchange request must be emailed to bodybydianne@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery provided by USPS (this is the date we use to start the 48 hour time frame so please make arrangements to pick up your package timely) as well as following the stated terms and conditions:(failure to agree and follow these items will result in possible delay and denial of exchange rights)

-You must provide your full name, full order number, current weight, height and waist line measurement in inches (not pant size)

-You must bare responsibility for all return shipping cost to and from the company

-You must state that you FULLY READ AND agree to these terms and conditions before being approved for an exchange

-Once approved, you must provide us with the tracking information for the returning package within 2 business days via email

-You must be ready to pay for your return shipping cost of $15 USD for domestic and $30 USD international via PayPal invoice within 2 business days of receipt

-International customers are responsible for any freight or country taxes as we do not control these regulations

- Items must be returned within original packaging and tags, unworn and without any damages including (visible wear and tear, smells, stains, or altered garments) Panty items are not permitted to be exchanged or returned as US health Laws do not permit ANY store/vendor/boutique to allow panty garments to be exchanged/returned.

-All exchanges must be returned to the address we provide you (normally the address in which the items was sent from located at the top left corner of the package your received)


Any of the above steps not adhered to will result in immediate denial of your exchange request and the package will be marked RETURN TO SENDER. Once this has been done you must contact USPS for further information of the whereabouts of your package.


Exchange Conditions:

ALL ITEMS WITH A CROTCH OR PANTY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A EXCHANGE OR RETURN AS BY LAW WE ARE UNABLE TO ALLOW. 

All customers must be aware that exchanges can take up to 12 business days upon arrival at our office. 

Please do not contact the company before 12 FULL BUSINESS DAYS as we are working to ensure that we honor your request.

We do not exchange items that are not of the same model. If you desire a different model please begin a new transaction.

We do not allow more than 1 exchange per transaction. 

We size you based off of the information that you provide which is why we ask for this information to be as accurate as possible.

If you request a certain size during this process and do not allow us to provide you with sizing help and the item does not fit, please begin a new transaction.

We will provide you with a new tracking number once your exchange has been processed via the email address you provided during the purchase of the transaction. It is YOUR responsibility to track the package as we do not claim any responsibility of packages once given to USPS.

If there are any issue during transit please contact USPS first to address and solve the issue and then us to provide any information that will help you.
