We generally ship items within 4-10 business days within the United States and 7-15 days internationally. There is a 2-3 business day processing period to confirm that your order is ready for shipping. During this time you may be contacted by the company if there are any issues with processing the order. You may also modify the order during this period in terms of changing sizes or the type of garment you desire.
When you place your order you will not be notified of an estimated delivery time since this is issued by the postal carrier. You can receive that information when the company notifies you that the package has been shipped and you receive a tracking number via email.
We will only ship to the address listed on the account. In order to change the shipping address you will have to pay a $20 address change fee. This is done to prevent fraudulent activity.
Please note the time frame indicated above is an estimated shipping time.
The following reasons may delay your order:
- Severe or extreme weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by customer
- An extreme increase in demand of products or a sale.
Please note: When you select a Back Ordered item it will not be shipped within the standard time frame as it is not available for shipping. However when you order the garment it will reserve your size so that when the items are received the company you will priority in terms of shipping.
Please understand we have no control over any shipping carriers selected to deliver the package. This means that once the company issues the tracking number via email (provided by customer) you are responsible for tracking and locating your item. Please do not contact the company unless your item has been severely delayed or appears to have been lost. Please make sure you contact the shipping carrier prior to contacting the company to confirm the status of your package.
